SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIMES
All orders placed on the official Pasquale Bruni Jewelry website are processed with care and attention. Order processing begins once payment is successfully authorized and verified. Standard order processing time is within two to three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During promotional periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be extended. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. We cannot make changes to an order, including shipping address or item selection, once it has entered the processing phase. If you need to make immediate changes, please contact customer service promptly, though we cannot guarantee modifications will be possible.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND METHODS
Pasquale Bruni Jewelry currently ships to a select list of countries. Shipping availability is confirmed during the checkout process based on the delivery address entered. We partner with reputable international courier services to ensure secure and traceable delivery. All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. The available shipping methods (e.g., Standard, Express) and associated estimated delivery timelines will be clearly displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery timeline provided begins from the date the order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed. Please note that the selected shipping method applies to the entire order; we do not offer split shipments to multiple addresses within a single order.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery destination, the total weight and dimensions of your order, and the selected shipping service level. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment. Promotional offers for free or reduced shipping, when available, will be automatically applied if your order meets the specified criteria (e.g., a minimum order value). These offers and their terms will be prominently advertised on the website.

4. DELIVERY AND TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Pasquale Bruni Jewelry is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer. For your security and to prevent fraud, we cannot redirect a shipment once it is in transit. The delivery carrier will typically attempt delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package from a local depot. You are responsible for following these instructions. Pasquale Bruni Jewelry is not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier’s tracking system.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS
For orders shipped outside our primary warehouse jurisdiction, your package is an international shipment. Please be aware of the following:

  • Import Duties and Taxes: All applicable customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), and other fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Pasquale Bruni Jewelry.
  • Customs Declarations: We are required by law to declare the full value of the contents on the customs form. We cannot underdeclare the value or mark the shipment as a “gift” to avoid fees, as this is illegal.
  • Payment of Fees: These fees are typically collected by the shipping carrier or local customs authorities upon arrival in your country. You may be required to pay them directly to release your package. Delays in payment can result in customs holding your package. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as they vary by country. 6. DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES
While we provide estimated delivery timelines, Pasquale Bruni Jewelry cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Shipping delays can occur due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs processing, weather events, natural disasters, carrier logistical issues, and local transportation disruptions. In the rare event that your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period beyond the carrier’s estimated timeline, please contact our customer service team. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. For a package confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, Pasquale Bruni Jewelry will, at its discretion, either issue a full refund or reship the item, subject to availability. We are not liable for any consequential damages or losses due to shipping delays.

7. ORDER REFUSAL AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is refused by the recipient at the time of delivery or is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pay duties, or failure to collect from the carrier), Pasquale Bruni Jewelry will be notified. We will contact you using the email address provided with the order. If the package is successfully returned to our facility, we will refund the original purchase price of the merchandise, minus the original outbound shipping costs and any return shipping or handling fees incurred. We are not obligated to reship returned orders.
